Overview

Strokes Practice.

This is the next stage progression where swim drills practice and cardio-muscular development are the essential focus needed to transform their raw swimming style to one that is much more refine. This is the start in developing their swimming endurance needed to swim efficiently over a longer distances.

Teaching of fundamental swimming and kicking drills that will develop their foundational muscular strength and techniques.


This foundational work focus on increasing their ability to swim in greater efficiency.


Main Focus:

  • Development of the Butterfly movement pattern and coordination. - Building of basic swimming fitness. (Freestyle and Back kicks)

  • Training together as a group. (Training Etiquette)

  • Swim Distance: 800m to 1200m/session.
